TThe Cotswolds is one of the most beautiful areas of the Heart of England. It runs south west to north east and stretches from the border regions of South Warwickshire and Worcestershire, through West Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire and takes in parts of Bath, North East Somerset and West Wiltshire.

With its charming and picturesque villages The Cotswolds is famous for its honey coloured stone cottages and the drystone walls that have divided the landscape for hundreds of years. Here at the Cotswolds you will find beautiful village greens, traditional pubs, quaint tea rooms and farmland with a diverse mix of arable, livestock and woodland.

There is also the famous Oxford University, Botanic Gardens, Tewkesbury Abbey, Wildfowl & Wetlands Centre, Berkeley Castle, Gloucestershire – Warwickshire Railway & many Museums dedicated to the history of the Cotswolds.

The Cotswolds countryside varies from steep hillsides in the east of the region to flatter landscapes like the areas of the Severn Vale which are ideal for cycling. For those that enjoy walking will find “The Cotswold Way” is a long distance walking trail that runs between the city of Bath in the south and the town of Chipping Campden in the north.
