This comfortable and elegant Bed & Breakfast is set in magnificent gardens opening onto the Bristol Downs to the front, an open park of some 450 acres, and onto the Botanic Gardens to the rear - truly “A Countryside location in the heart of the City”. It is ideally situated for the amenities of the City - but lies amid the uniquely peaceful surroundings of open parkland. 

The House is furnished with fine period furniture and paintings and a Library containing many interesting books on the history of Bristol. The en-suite bedroom accommodation is very comfortable, with special attention to detail and enjoy sweeping views across the Downs over the large well-established gardens.  Each room is furnished with a hostess tray (containing a variety of Beverages, Homemade Biscuits & Chocolates).  A presentation basket which includes a variety of necessities for life’s emergencies, colour television and Wi-Fi Internet access.
