It is just a short walk to the main shops, markets, sea life centre, coral island, theatres, winter gardens, casinos, clubs, amusement arcades, north pier, pubs and restaurants. It is an ideal base for those guests wishing to participate or watch the many dance festivals, competitions, exhibitions, concerts, conferences and not forgetting the magical illuminations. The property is also centrally located to public transport routes.

All rooms are en-suite and are equipped with colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and towels. An ironing board and iron are available for use as is a hairdryer. Late keys are provided for those night birds.
