Within the Dartmoor National Park, Parford Well is an extremely comfortable house set in a pretty walled garden overlooking unspoilt countryside in the River Teign Valley.

It is the ideal place for a few days break if you want to 'get away from it all', relax and be well looked after.

There are three letting bedrooms, all overlooking the gardens. There are two queen-sized doubles, one with en-suite bathrooms and a smaller double with its own bathroom just across the landing.

There are wonderful walks on the doorstep in this wooded valley and on the open moor.

Chagford is one mile away as is Castle Drogo, the 20th century castle now in National Trust ownership. 

It is a perfect touring centre and day trips from here may include the Eden Project and the North Cornish Coast or Dartmouth, Totnes and the South Hams.

Parford Well have teamed up with Out To Play Golf to offer you the opportunity to play a selection of golf courses on a Discounted Green Fee basis, please contact for details.

Parford Well is a 'no smoking' house and I regret is not suitable for children under 8 years or for pets as there is a dog in residence.

Single rates are available on request for larger doubles.
A supplement of £5 will apply for a booking of one night only.

Parford Well is within reach of Teign Valley gorge, Castle Drogo, The Dartmoor Inca Trail, Fingle Bridge, Fernworthy Reservoir, Standing Stones at Hay Tor and The Stone Circle at Easton Court to name but a few.

There are many golf courses and Parford Well is close to those that want to participate in horseriding, cycling, walking or fly fishing.
