Rye Hill Farm offers you the freedom to enjoy the pleasures of Northumberland throughout the year while living comfortably in the pleasant family atmosphere of a cosy farmhouse adapted especially to receive holiday makers, both bed and breakfast and self-catering. There is even room for your caravan in our 30 acre grounds.

The farm is situated about 15 minutes off the A69 Trunk Road from Newcastle to Carlisle, just 5 miles south of the historic town of Hexham.  It is close to all major towns and cities whilst offering quiet surroundings in which to relax.... an ideal site for Holiday breaks.

The guest bedrooms are centrally heated with en-suite facilities and vary in size according to requirements.  Each is equipped with television and tea and coffee trays.  

A full English breakfast is provided and an optional home made three course evening meal in the dining room, which has an open log fire and patio doors looking on to the garden. All food is locally sourced where possible and many items home made.

Tourist information and map of the area are available in the reception lounge. The games barn has a skittle alley, table tennis and pool table. There is a DIY laundry and plenty of space to sit around outside to enjoy the views and livestock

Wheelchair Access in the Self Catering cottages which can be let out on a bed and breakfast basis.

There is plenty of off road parking close to the accommodation.
Well-mannered children and pets more than welcome.
