A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at The Abbey Lodge guest house situated some 2 minutes walk from Brighton seafront and ideally located to all that Brighton has to offer.  Whether it be Bars, Clubs, Cafes, Restaraunts, Shops, Cinemas, The Marina, Brighton Pier, The Royal Pavilion, Brighton Lanes and so much more! 

The Abbey Lodge has recently undergone a total refurbishment and offers one of the best guest accommodations in Brighton.  Each room greets you with a warm and gentle aura that remains with you for the length of your stay.  There is a Deluxe Double - Containing 1 double bed with en-suite shower & toilet, C.D. player, mini-fridge & hairdryer.   A Deluxe 4 Poster - This very large room contains a 4-poster bed with double en-suite shower & toilet, C.D. player, mini-fridge, hairdryer, Bed-Settee & coffee table.  A Superior Twin - This contains 2 single beds, C.D. player and mini-fridge, hairdryer with use of a full bathroom & shower shared with 1 other room. And finally a  Superior Double - This contains 1 double bed, C.D. player, and mini-fridge, hairdryer with use of a full bathroom & shower shared with 1 other room.  One of the guest bedrooms is located on the ground floor and may suit the less mobile.

During your stay you will be supplied with your own front door key enabling you to come and go as you please.

Breakfast is served in the attractive dining room at individual tables, from 8.30am – 9.00am Monday – Friday and 8.30am – 10.30am Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays. Options include a choice of cereals, a traditional English breakfast (with brown and white toast and a variety of jams) or, for a lighter option there are scrambled eggs, beans on toast or Bacon sandwiches.  A cooked Vegetarian or Vegan breakfast is also available.

Directions: By car - From the A23 follow signs for Seafront, when you have reached the Brighton Pier take a left, follow the road for approx 400 yards to a major set of traffic lights, take a left into Lower Rock Gardens, follow road up to small traffic lights, go straight across lights and Abbey Lodge is on the left, appoximately 2/3rds up.   

By train - From Brighton Station it is easier to take a Taxi, which should cost Approx. £4.00.

By Coach - From Pool Valley Coach station turn left along the Sea front, Pass the Brighton Pier and carry on up Madeira Drive to major set of traffic lights, turn left into Lower Rock Gardens, continue up to small set of traffic lights, go straight through and Abbey Lodge is on the left .
