and taste a complimentary pint of Guinness. The city of Dublin is buzzing. For a look at two pages of Irish manuscripts
visit Trinity college renowned because of the contents of the old library. It is home to the eighth century Book of Kells and
the seventh century book of Durrow.
County Clare
Visit the 700 feet cliffs of Moher not far from the beautiful Clare Coastline you will have a birds view of the
beautiful scenery.
County Wicklow
Not far from Dublin and known as the garden of Ireland you will find rivers and lakes and
magnificent mountains. It is home of the monastery at Glendalough and Powerscourt House and Gardens.
County Galway
Inisheer, Inishmore and Inishmaan are only a short way of the west of the Galway/Clare coast. It is well worth visiting
Aran islands for its outstanding beauty.
Galway City
This city comes alive especially in July when it holds its Arts festival. It is popular with students and at night has
traditional music coming from every corner.
County Cork
Visit the Blarney Castle and kiss the Blarney Stone, said to give you the gift of the gab to all that kiss it. You will
find Blarney Castle about five miles north west of Cork city.
Co Meath
Older than the pyramids, Newgrange is one of the worlds finest Neolithic Passage Tomb. Nearby is the Hill of Tara the
residence of the old kings of Ireland, you must visit if you are in Meath.
Co Sligo
Co Sligo offers rural Ireland at its best with beautiful mountains, lakes and one of Irelands best beaches and is
particularly popular with the surfers.
Co Kerry
The peninsula stretches from Killorglen to Killarney and is one of the most visited areas in the country. It holds
at tractions such as Muckross House and Kate Kearney’s Cottage which is well worth a visit.
