Allison & Dave welcome you to this Edwardian guest house, conveniently located on the sea front opposite the bowling green, just a 15 minute walk from the pier and town centre.

Many of the guest bedrooms enjoy sea views as well as the conservatory style lounge/bar and dining room where you can enjoy the morning sun whilst having a delicious freshly cooked breakfast of your choice.

The newly refurbished ensuite rooms provide you with a very comfortable stay. Each room is uniquely decorated with a wall mounted TV with built in Freeview and DVD player. There are tea and coffee making facilities with a well stocked compliments tray. You will also find complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer in each room.

There are 5 parking spaces at the rear of the property which can be reserved for £5 per night. These spaces have parking barriers, and you will be given the key on check in. Spaces not reserved will have the barriers dropped for general use. Parking can only be booked directly with Beamsley Lodge.
