Steyning is a historic town mentioned in the Doomsday Book. Surrounded by countryside, it nestles into the foot of the South Downs and is skirted by the ancient South Downs Way.

At the end of our road, you will find the ruins of Bramber Castle – over 900 years old and dating back to the times of William the Conqueror. Historic St Mary’s House and Gardens is a short walk away in Bramber and we have lovely walks along the river just a stone’s throw from the house.

The area is quiet and we are ideally positioned for walkers, cyclists, business visitors or guests here for a short break to explore the beautiful South Downs and Sussex area.
