There is adequate free car parking available for residents.
The guest house is situated very close to all North Parade amenities including Natureland Seal Sanctuary plus other venues. The town centre is just a short walk along the North Parade promenade or alternatively by a gentle ride on the “Waterway Taxi” just a few paces across the road. Those taking the waterway taxi are certain to enjoy the relaxing views as the waterway canal meanders around sand dunes, glides below Skegness Pier and passes by the exotic Skegness Pleasure Beach.
The accommodation comprises 9 letting bedrooms, some with sea facing views. There are double and twin bedded bedrooms, 7 are fully en-suite. There is a ground floor room ideal for the less mobile guest. All rooms are equipped with a television, WI-FI Internet access, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities.
The small garden is welcoming for those simply wishing to relax in the sun, perhaps with a cool drink from the adjacent furnished conservatory and charming bar.
