White Guest House, Bath Bed and Breakfast


A warm welcome awaits you from your hosts Steve and Anna Wynne at The White Guest House, the property is located a level 5 minute walk from the centre of Bath, Bath Spa train station, Bath coach station and the Kennet & Avon Canal, which provides a beautiful setting for a walk.

Its central location gives guests easy access to all the wonderful sites that Bath has to offer. Such as Bath Abbey, The Pump rooms and Roman baths, the New Thermae Bath Spa where you can relax in the baths and steam rooms. Bath is also renowned as a fantastic shopping venue for those guests who need some retail therapy.

Or why not Picnic in front of John Wood’s Royal Crescent. Or for the more adventurous spirits why not take in a different view of Bath by taking a balloon ride from the Royal Victoria Garden.

The White Guest House’s beautiful floral display has been a winner of the Bath in Bloom.

A free permit is provided for parking in the quiet street in front of the property. Children of all ages are welcome and a high chair and cot can be provided upon request.

There are 3 double rooms, 1 twin and 1 single room. The twin room and one double are on the ground floor and would be suitable for less mobile guests. All rooms are en- suite with television and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard.

Breakfast is served in the dining room and you can choose from a traditional or continental option, special dietary requirements and vegetarians can be catered for, please inform your hosts when booking. All produce is locally sourced where possible. Both options will set you up for a day of sightseeing in this beautiful city.

Evening meals are not provided but Central Bath offers a wide selection of pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. The Royal Oak serves real ale and home cooked food and is just at the end of the road.

Bristol International Airport is the nearest and has the usual car hire companies, a minibus service to Bath and frequent fast buses to Bristol Temple Meads station for the 15-20 minute train ride to Bath. If you are arriving at another airport then feel free to contact your hosts for advice on getting to the property.

By Train
Bath Spa station is a 90 minute direct journey from London Paddington for connections from all London airports.

By Car
From the M4 motorway, leave at Junction 18 and travel south on the A46. Take the right turn at the roundabout onto the A4 and follow the road until the junction with the A36, signposted to the University. Turn left and go over Cleveland Bridge. At the end of the road go right at the traffic lights, follow the road and go straight on (2nd exit) at the next roundabout.
