Relax and enjoy a mouth-watering breakfast served in our sunny dining room overlooking the patio, bedecked with pots of flowers, and to the garden beyond. Breakfast is served at a time to suit you – usually between 8am and 9.30am. Earlier breakfasts on request.
Home cooked dishes are carefully prepared from fresh locally sourced produce, where possible. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
The bed and breakfast is just 75 yards from the beach and convenient for local shops and bus service. Only 10 minutes stroll to town along the Esplanade, giving easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs, railway station, and local museum located within The Martello Tower. Stunning cliff top walks and cycle routes offering great views to the sea and the countryside around.

Situated within reach of the The South Downs which has several archaeological sites, ancient monuments and early field systems to see. The famous South Downs Way, links Eastbourne and Winchester with a circular loop extending from Alfriston via the coast and Beachy Head returning inland via Jevington and the famous Long Man.
Places to visit include Newhaven Fort, Drusilla's Zoo, Glyndebourne and many interesting stately homes, gardens and castles to name but a few.
