The Two Lifeboats is a traditional pub with waves of history, offering 6 boutique rooms. The pub is perfectly situated for those visiting the Norfolk Coast.
The Two Lifeboats was originally a coffee shop and Fisherman’s Mission circa 1720.
The public house is named after the Augusta & Duncan lifeboats that rescued a crew of eight from the wreck of the Norwegian brig Caroline on December 6th 1882.
Steeped in history and fully refurbished to a very high standard we opened to the public in June 2012.
The refurbishment of our letting rooms is complete. We now offer: 1 single, 1 twin, and 4 double rooms. All rooms are en-suite and have a sea view.
There's always something happening in Sheringham, so why not see all that this bustling town has to offer, before popping into the Two Lifeboats for some good food and drink, whilst enjoying our stunning views.
