Primrose Cottage is situated down a country lane just off the B1159, surrounded by open countryside just one and a half miles from the lovely sandy beaches at Walcott and Happisburgh making it perfect for walkers and cyclists alike.

This charming period house has two bedrooms; 1 double with private bathroom and 1 double/twin with ensuite. Both rooms have comfortable beds, satellite TVs, hospitality trays and WiFi.

A full English breakfast is served. There are also three very good local pubs which can provide evening meals.

From Norwich follow the road to North Walsham. Then follow signs towards Bacton. In Bacton turn onto the B1159 and travel through Walcott staying on the B1159. Go past the turning for Happisburgh at the crossroads then follow the road for about a quarter of a mile. Old Lane is the first turning on the right.

For garden lovers the beautiful gardens at The Old Vicarage, East Ruston and the enchanting Bacton Woods are just one mile away. Norwich, Cromer and Sheringham are not too far away and many National Trust properties are within easy reach.
