Welcome to The Laindons Guest House a boutique B&B located in the heart of Hastings, Old Town.

The Laindons is an impressive Georgian listed building which began life as a private coach house opening its doors to its first guests at the turn of the nineteenth century. While much may have changed since then, the building has retained much of its character with airy high ceilings and fantastic views of Hastings Old Town.

The guest bedrooms are luxurious with beautiful high ceilings and each having their own distinct character. All rooms are ensuite with a choice of toiletries and beauty products which are second to none. You’ll also find other creature comforts including tea and coffee facilities as well as a Smart TV, complimentary on demand movies and Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory with views across East Hill Country Park. The menu includes homemade granola, full English, fresh fruit smoothies and local Martha & Ed jams, as well as bottomless coffee from the local roastery. The menu is seasonal using locally sourced produce where available.

Guests have access to a comfortable lounge room complete with a log fire for the colder months to welcome guests and there’s an honesty bar and larder just in case you fancy tipple or a nibble during your stay.
