“The Limes” is a modern, contemporary house, with plenty of off road parking, and is just two miles from the Sussex “Sunshine Coast” and a short stroll from the historic twin villages of Pevensey and Westham where you will find traditional pubs and restaurants and of course Pevensey Castle.
Our four boutique rooms are individually designed and furnished to make your stay special. Our individually designed rooms all have Egyptian cotton linen, Fogarty duvets and pillows, Freeview TV, free, high speed WiFi, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer and alarm clock.
The rooms have thermostatically controlled radiators, and additional heating if required. Our FAMILY SUITE comprises a double room, and a twin with a luxury, private bathroom.
The village is best known as the landing site for the Norman Conquers in 1066 and features prominently in the famous Bayeux Tapestry. Pevensey Castle is now owned by English Heritage who host frequent events throughout the summer.
We are a five minute walk from Pevensey & Westham train station, with direct routes to London, Eastbourne, Brighton and Hastings, and easy access from Eurotunnel and Kent ports, making it the perfect city break or for exploring without a car.
PLEASE NOTE, we have a loving, old, cocker spaniel and two cats that can be kept apart from guest accommodation if required.They never enter the guest bedrooms.

There is a selection of beautiful golf courses, horse riding is very popular in the area and of course the beaches are popular with wind and kite surfers, sailors and anglers.

Walks & Walking-Routes include The South Downs Way which starts from Beachy Head, the 1066 Walk which runs from Pevensey Castle to Rye and the Cuckoo Trail which is about two miles away.
There are also some fabulous walks on the Downs and Beachy Head.
