Town Mills is in the heart of the country town of Dulverton. This charming converted mill house retains many of the original features making Town Mills a delightful place to stay.

We are only a 2 minute walk from Dulverton town centre, positioned in a quiet and peaceful location next to the old Dulverton mill stream that runs underneath the building.

Our boutique style guest accommodation has six light, airy and individual rooms offering accommodation in double and twin bedded rooms.

Relax outside our Dulverton bed and breakfast in the centre of the town and enjoy the gently flowing mill stream. The perfect place to stay !

From the M5 motorway via Junction 27 (Tiverton)
Follow A361 dual carriageway (s/posted: N.Devon, Barnstaple). After approx 6 miles, turn right at roundabout onto A396 (s/posted Dulverton). Turn left at the Exeter Inn roundabout and head towards Exebridge turning off road at the ‘Black Cat’ filling station. Keeping the river to your left follow signs for Exebridge. Turn left by the ‘Round House’ and take the A3222 to Dulverton approx 4 miles.

Exmoor is home to over 600 miles of paths, bridleways and tracks making it a popular destination for walkers, mountain bikers and riders alike.

For the less adventurous Exmoor has plenty of charming country pubs, and award winning fine dining, all making the most of the unique local produce.

Exmoor is home to herds of wild red deer, Exmoor ponies (now rarer than the Giant Panda) and a multitude of flora and fauna.

Exmoor is made especially unique as a National Park by having over 35 miles of coastline including the highest sea cliffs in England. Within 1 hour’s drive you can be at the beach or at any of the huge variety of family attractions from the popular Exmoor Zoo to the renowned Butlins holiday camp on a day pass.
