TREES is a large Tudor style family house with a Horsham stone roof, surrounded by a pretty garden set back from the road. It has a large terrace which together with the garden the guests are welcome to use.
The house faces south with lovely views of the South Downs. It is located on the edge of the village on the A272 Eastwards & has ample off road parking.
The tastefull accommodation are large, airy and have lovely views. There are double, twin & single rooms available, all with private bath or shower rooms. All rooms have TV & radio, coffee & tea making facilities, hair dryers & a selection of magazines. Children of all ages are welcome, but not animals. Trees has a no smoking policy.
Full English Breakfasts are served in the oak beamed dining room using locally sourced produce (or continental style, if preferred). We aim to please and provide for vegetarians (and for other diets with prior notice).

Good local pubs & restaurants are within 5 minutes’ walk and/or a short drive. Trees is close to local churches & buses; and the train station is a short 10-minute walk away with frequent trains to London, Gatwick & the coast. Gatwick & the coast are a 30 minutes’ drive.
Places to visit include Arundel Castle, Goodwood Racecourse, Goodwood House, Uppark House, Petworth House and Park, Amberley Chalk Pits, Fishbourne Place, Singleton Open Air Museum, The Mary Rose, HMS Victory & HMS Warrior, Portsmouth & the beautiful South Downs.
