Bouley Bay is very tranquil with the harbour being frequently visited by local fishermen. The bay is also a base for scuba diving because of the deep clear water straight off the slipway and beach.
The other main reason people come here is the cliffpaths. Literally a few yards from the guesthouse the cliffpaths start. From here you can go east towards Rozel Bay and beyond or Bonne Nuit Bay and on to the west. This path goes right across the top of the island and affords some spectacular views with the French coast only 14 miles away and the other Channel Islands a little further in the other direction. With outlying reefs in between and a host of different wildlife to be seen including dolphins these paths are the real Jersey
